The victory hunting of team Liquigas restart from Riccione. Abandoned the Milano-Sanremo, the green and blue riders are ready to plough the Italian streets taking part to the Settimana Internazionale di Coppi e Bartali, planned from 24th to 28th March and valid as first stage of Challenge UniCredit Bank.

Francesco Chicchi, protagonist in 2008 with two success, will search to repeat this performance thanks the support of an expert and solid line-up. Together with will be present Kjell Carlström, Claudio Corioni, Vladimir Miholjevic (ready to his seasonal debut), Andrea Noè, Gorazd Stangelj, Sylwester Szmyd and Brian Bach Vandborg. As well as the arrival for the sprinters, team Liquigas look also to the team time trial from Riccione to Misano Adriatico, planned in the second half-stage of the first journey.

The team will be leaded by directeur sportif Mario Chiesa and Dario Mariuzzo.
